(Cold) Plunge Into 2023

It was a beautifully sunny, but bitterly cold (-5 degrees Celsius) Sunday morning. An adventurous group of brave souls braved the cold to gather for a Cold Exposure journey led by our friend, Claudia + hosted by myself and LJ.

WHY COLD PLUNGE

  • Beyond the physical benefits of cold exposure such as reducing muscle inflammation & improve blood and lymphatic circulation

  • It can help to increase energy, improve the psyche & cognitive function, increase alertness, reduce stress, improve mood, and so much more


COLD EXPOSURE JOURNEY

  • We were guided through a Cold Exposure Journey by way of a combination of mediation and breath-work to create a safe & supportive space

  • All the participants really got to sink into the experience for themselves, at whatever point they were ready, and for how ever much they wanted to push themself
